LUCENTE® MELASMA & HYPERPIGMENTATION TREATMENT | DALLAS

Experience the pinnacle of pigmentation correction through our revolutionary Lucente® protocol at Karla Patricia Skin. This sophisticated Bioskin Aesthetics solution combines professional mesotherapy with specialized home care—creating transformative results for even the most stubborn melasma and hyperpigmentation.

OUR APPROACH

True pigment correction requires comprehensive intervention at multiple biological levels. We deliver this precision.

Your transformation begins with Lucente®'s dual-phase system: in-clinic mesotherapy initiates melanocyte inhibition, while the specialized home cream maintains continuous correction between sessions. This elegant approach targets all four critical stages of the melanin lifecycle, addressing pigmentation at its source rather than merely treating surface symptoms.

In our tranquil atelier, we bring advanced European depigmentation science to clients seeking freedom from persistent dark spots, melasma, and uneven skin tone that have resisted conventional treatments.

PRESTIGIOUS TECHNOLOGY

Comprehensive Melanin Inhibition

Lucente® represents the gold standard in pigmentation correction. Its sophisticated formulation begins with professional mesotherapy that initiates melanocyte regulation at the cellular level. This precise intervention targets the biological processes responsible for hyperpigmentation, creating results that surface treatments alone cannot achieve.

Four-Stage Pigment Correction

Through a meticulously formulated blend of competitive and non-competitive blockers, Lucente® addresses every phase of the melanin lifecycle: inhibiting new melanin formation, disrupting melanosome transfer to the skin's surface, exfoliating pigmented keratinocytes, and stabilizing melanocyte activity with potent antioxidants. This multi-dimensional approach creates more thorough pigment correction than single-pathway treatments.

Continuous Correction System

Unlike conventional treatments that work only during application, Lucente® provides uninterrupted pigment suppression through its specialized home cream component. This essential element maintains consistent melanin inhibition between professional sessions, preventing pigment rebound and enhancing long-term results.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Lucente® Pigmentation Program

Our comprehensive Lucente® protocol delivers transformative depigmentation through a personalized treatment program:

  • Light Pigmentation | 3-4 Month Program
For clients with mild to moderate hyperpigmentation or recent melasma development.
  • Deep Pigmentation | 5-6 Month Program
For those with stubborn, long-standing pigmentation issues or severe melasma.

Each program begins with professional mesotherapy sessions complemented by your personalized Lucente® home cream regimen. The experience is remarkably comfortable with no aggressive peeling or significant downtime. For enhanced efficacy, your Lucente® treatment may be strategically combined with Jet Plasma technology, Microchanneling, or BioRePeel based on your specific pigmentation pattern.

BEFORE & AFTER

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What types of pigmentation does Lucente® address?

Lucente® effectively treats numerous pigmentation concerns including hormonal and sun-induced melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), stubborn dark spots that have resisted other treatments, photodamage, and uneven skin tone due to pigmentation issues. This versatile solution is suitable for ALL skin types, colors, and ages, making it exceptionally inclusive.

What makes Lucente® different from other melasma treatments?

Lucente® differs from conventional pigmentation treatments through its comprehensive approach targeting multiple stages of the melanin production process simultaneously. Unlike spot treatments or single-ingredient approaches, Lucente® combines professional mesotherapy with specialized at-home care to provide continuous pigment suppression. This multi-faceted system makes it effective even for stubborn melasma and hyperpigmentation that haven't responded to other treatments.

When will I see results with Lucente®?

Most clients begin to notice improvements in their pigmentation within the first month of treatment. Initial results often include a lightening of darker spots and overall brightening of the complexion. Significant reductions in melasma and hyperpigmentation typically become visible by the second month, with results continuing to improve throughout the full program duration of 3-6 months. For optimal and lasting results, completing the full recommended treatment course is essential.

How does the Lucente® protocol work?

The Lucente® system works through a dual-phase approach. The professional component uses mesotherapy to initiate melanocyte inhibition and destruction at the source. The home care phase utilizes the specialized Lucente® cream to maintain and enhance these effects between sessions. This comprehensive formula works at four critical stages: inhibiting new melanin formation, disrupting pigment transfer to the skin's surface, removing cells containing existing pigment, and regulating pigment-producing cells with potent antioxidants.

Is there preparation required before Lucente® treatment?

One of the advantages of Lucente® is that it requires no special preparation. Simply arrive with clean skin. There's no need for pre-treatment protocols or special products before beginning your Lucente® program.

What aftercare is involved with Lucente®?

For 3-6 months after your initial treatment, you'll apply the Lucente® home cream once or twice daily as directed. For the first 12 hours following in-clinic sessions, avoid applying anything to your skin except products we advise. Avoid makeup, touching your face, exercise, saunas, or steam rooms for 12 hours after treatment. Diligent sun protection with mineral SPF 50+ is essential throughout your program. For optimal results, we recommend avoiding other facial treatments during your Lucente® program.

Who should avoid Lucente® treatment?

While Lucente® is safe for most clients, it's not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for those with allergies to any ingredients in the formula, active infections or breaks in the skin, during chemotherapy, while using steroids, or within one week of antibiotic use. The home cream contains active exfoliants, so additional AHAs, BHAs, and retinols are unnecessary and should be avoided during treatment. A thorough assessment during your consultation will determine if this treatment is appropriate for your specific situation.
